In November 2014, only two months after Premier Li Keqiang put forward the slogan “Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation” at the Summer Davos Forum, Beijing Meyatimes Technology Co., Ltd. (MeYa) was registered and established in Haidian District Bureau of Industry and Commerce of Beijing Municipality, which became the first officially registered undergraduate startup company in Beijing Foreign Studies University and a pioneer in leading the trend of entrepreneurship for Chinese college students and even “entrepreneurship and innovation” in China.

For almost a decade, MeYa has focused on business fields such as graphic design, high-end streaming media production, Internet development and operation. It has developed from a undergraduate startup company to a new generation technology and creative service provider, which has been repeatedly reported by many domestic and foreign mainstream media, including the People's Daily, People.cn, China Daily, Beijing Youth Radio, Phoenix Online, Sina, Netease, Sohu and more. Meanwhile, MeYa has also won a series of important awards in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and events such as “China College Students’ Entrepreneurship Competition”, “Internet +” and “The Wing of China Entrepreneurship Contest”. We also obtained investment and financing from well-known venture capital institutions like The Garage Cafe, and was officially listed on the Beijing Local Equity Exchange in 2018 with a company code of 300054.

As of now, MeYa has a number of subsidiaries or reception centers in Beijing Haidian District, Beijing Daxing High-Tech Development Zone, Tianjin Wuqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Wuhan Free Trade Zone, Nanjing Jiangsu, Shenzhen Guangdong, Paris, France, and Athens, Greece. MeYa’s customers cover a number of important national ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and many local government agencies in Beijing and Hubei, a bunch of bank headquarters and financial groups such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Guangfa Bank, Pingan Bank, Xinhua Insurance, a variety of educational institutes such as China Academy of Social Science, Beijing Foreign Studies University and Wuhan University, as well as a lot of industry leaders such as Tencent and Marvel.
